PTFE (POLYTETRAFLUOROETHYLENE) is a flexible, completely non-alergenic material. The molecules at the surface of a piece of PTFE will repel the molecules of just about anything that tries to come close to it. This is why nothing sticks to PTFE. Great for retaining navel piercings when pregnant, or for daily wear in the tongue, nipple, or anywhere it fits comfortably.
